A 3-part series
Mind & Body Balance
Strength, flexibility, and bodyweight exercises you can do anywhere with zero equipment.

We wrote this series because gym culture can be intimidating, and most bodyweight exercise guides assume you can already do the exercise they are teaching. These guides start from the very beginning. Cannot do a pullup? We will get you there. Cannot hold a plank for ten seconds? Same. Every guide includes a progression plan so you can start where you actually are, not where the fitness influencers think you should be.
What you'll learn
- ✓ How to hold a proper plank and build up to one minute
- ✓ How to do your first pullup with a real progression plan
- ✓ How to start meditating even if you can not sit still

How to Do a Plank
Hold a forearm plank with correct form, fix sagging or piked hips, and build from a few seconds to a solid minute.

How to Do a Pullup
Build from zero to your first unassisted pullup with dead hangs, scapular pulls, slow negatives, and band-assisted reps, then add reps with the grease-the-groove method.

How to Meditate
Meditate with breath-focused sitting for 5 minutes a day. Set a timer, sit upright, rest your attention on your breath, come back each time your mind wanders, and build up to 10 or 15 minutes.
